Refund policy
Cancellation
All cancellations must be requested by email at no later than 14 days before the next billing cycle if on a monthly paid subscription service. To schedule an appointment, please submit a ticket to pricing@zemgroupllc.com during our business hours of 9AM-4PM CST Mon-Fri. Please note that if you cancel, any special pricing agreed upon will be void. If you wish to renew at a later date you must renew at the non-reduced, normal price for that product or service.
Refunds
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of you purchasing our service, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
